Steps to Submit an FMAC Member Application

    Please review the Club Bylaws and Safety rules which are available for download, below.



    You MUST be a current member of the AMA before your FMAC application process can be completed!

    You MUST be a current member of AMA to fly at FMAC's flying Field!


Visit the AMA site to Submit Enrollment application in AMA if needed

Option 1: Submit FMAC Membership and pay via Paypal

The application/renewal process is very easy. You will be required to fill out very minimal information for a new application. Renewals are stored in the system and all that is required is your AMA number. You will then be prompted to pay with Paypal. Any questions about the application renewal process, please e-mail the webmaster.

Option 2: Submit FMAC Membership via Email or Print to mail form and check

Use this form to complete your application and MAIL your payment.

This is an "Auto Form" that requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Simply click on the link, complete the form, press the "print" or "email" button and you are done!
If you email your application, your payment must be received with in one week.

Be sure to mail your payment as your application CANNOT be processed without it. 

Mail your completed application and payment to the address listed on the bottom of the application.
